These pieces are from the late 60s and early-to-mid 70s in original condition. All aging is natural from years of play—nothing artificial has been added.
Each piece is described individually below.
- Mid 70s. Early example of the modern font. Tooling marks on back indicates an injection-molded plate. Lettering is pressed into the plastic. Most of the gold fill paint is worn off.
- Late 60s. Has the 59 Burst font. Tooling marks on the back. Heavily yellowed and worn.
- Late 60s. Lettering is nearly invisible. Holding it in the right light reveals a lightly engraved 59 Burst font. Tooling marks on back. Crack on top does not go all the way through. Heavily yellowed and worn.
- Late 60s. 59 Burst font. Tooling marks on back. Nice wear around the area where the toggle nut has been.
- Late 60s. 59 Burst font. Cleanest of the lot. Tooling marks on back. Has a very clean crack that goes all the way through. No material missing.
- Late 60s. Deeply pressed 59 Burst font. Tooling marks on the back and really good-looking wear. The best of the lot.
